Uncap and Trade

I am not against birth control. I just think that it should be taxed to the point where you can go bankrupt for using it.

We have a serious population problem in America. An under-population problem. We don’t have enough babies.

The United States government should levy a tax on condoms to make them prohibitively expensive.

What do condoms cost? I wouldn’t even know. Okay, I just looked it up, and they’re $11.99 for a pack of 12. Well, they should cost $511.99.

That tax of $500 would be collected by the United States government and be direct-deposited into the accounts of married couples who have four or more children. And that money can’t be used for just anything. That money can only be used to purchase multi-passenger vehicles that run on gasoline. You can’t use it for a hybrid.

This whole policy is called “Uncap and Trade.” As in, uncap your penis, and trade your life fluid.
