Science was wrong about fat.


For all human history human beings have eaten fat. We’ve thrived doing so. We’ve spread out over the earth while eating fat. Everywhere we’ve gone we’ve encountered animals who also eat fat. This has been going on for a long time. You know, since like day 6.

Then all of a sudden in the 20th century Science declares that fat is bad for you. Science commands any animal who has will power over what he eats, which is only humans, to stop eating fat.

And all humans who consider themselves responsible lowered the amount of fat in their diets. And what happened? An obesity epidemic.

Science was wrong about fat. It’s gone on for several decades now. It’s on science’s permanent record!

But now London’s Daily Express Newspaper reported a headline, “Saturated fat SHOCK: Cardiologists claim warnings it clogs arteries are ‘plain WRONG’

Respected cardiologists Dr Aseem Malhotra, Professor Rita Redberg, of UCSF School of Medicine, San Francisco and Pascal Meier of University Hospital Geneva and University College, London, said evidence suggests no association between saturated fat and heightened risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes or death.

Wait, fat isn’t bad for you? That stuff people have been eating since time immemorial? SHOCK!

Science was wrong about fat and I will not let science escape responsibility for its error. Many Americans’ lives were made worse by science telling them to eat low fat foods.

First there’s the obesity epidemic. Then there’s the gallstone epidemic. Who knows if we will find out that high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke is made worse by eating low fat diets.

Science does not have the answers to all life’s problems. It cannot even tell you what to eat. That’s a basic life necessity. How can we trust science for something more advanced like self driving cars?

As a follower of Jesus Christ I must attack and destroy any presumed figure of authority who sets itself up against the truth. Science is usurping the throne of truth. It must be forcefully removed.

The Bible has gone on record as commanding its subjects to eat fat, to eat salt, and to eat cholesterol. Also, Jesus Christ, when he multiplied the loaves and fish, did not count calories. Unlike science, he wanted people to eat tasty food until they were full.

Jesus said, “Have the people sit down.” Now there was much grass in the place. So the men sat down, about five thousand in number.
Jesus then took the loaves, and when he had given thanks, he distributed them to those who were seated. So also the fish, as much as they wanted.”

Atheists want to pit science against the Bible. Okay, good let’s start with food. Science loses.

    I lost 30 lbs drinking whole milk. I also limited sugar intake. That’s about it.
